Tenay Terrell, a formally trained Pastry and Savory Chef in Dallas, TX, has spent two decades mastering her craft across five states. Her deepest understanding of food began at age seven, when she started cooking for her family. Sensitive to energy, she instinctively spoke intentions into her dishes—wishing peace for her stressed mother and presence for her traveling father. Her intentions began working in real time.

At 14 years old, her mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 Esophageal Cancer. Weak and unable to eat, doctors warned of the worst. Tenay refused to accept that fate. Every day after school, she fed her mother applesauce, infusing each spoonful with unwavering intention for healing.

Within weeks, her mother regained strength. Within a month, she was declared cancer-free—leaving her doctors speechless.

Over the past 25 years Tenay has helped numerous clients, friends and families use the power of intention to elevate their health and enhance their lives.
