Orders & payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or that violate these Terms. Orders are processed and payments are handled by our commerce provider; we do not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping & delivery

We aim to prepare and ship orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. As our products are food items, please refrigerate or store them as directed upon arrival.

Returns & refunds

Because we sell perishable and consumable food products, items are generally not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@purplepeaches.co with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Newsletter & communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. We use single opt-in, meaning subscribing adds you to our list without a separate confirmation email. Transactional messages related to your orders or inquiries are not marketing and may be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
