Before You Cook: The Intentional Kitchen Ritual
Before a single ingredient touches the blender, there's a ritual — a breath, a command, and a return to your own sovereign power. Here's how to begin.
The world is in a hurry. You are not. Before I cook a single intentional meal, there is a small ritual I return to every time — one that turns an ordinary kitchen into sacred ground. It takes about thirty seconds, and it changes everything about the food that follows.
Ground yourself first
Take a deep breath and come home to your body. Connect with your Peach Power: five slow, deep breaths while tapping your stomach — right above your belly button — with the first two fingers of your right hand. As you breathe, speak with sovereign authority. No energy on this Earth can override your true sovereign authority.
Speak the Preparation Command
Out loud, in a full voice, is the most powerful way to set your intentions. Turn your attention to your ingredients and say:
I command the removal of all external energies off of my ingredients — from corporate entities, farming, transportation, personnel, and storage. I am a sovereign and natural human. I own my power. I own my health. I own my wealth.
Then check in
Notice your body and your surroundings. How do you feel? Is there resistance? A phone ringing, a car honking, a child crying?
The first time you speak this command, you may feel a pressure, a distraction, or a wave of resistance. That is just the old energetics trying to intimidate you in your new power. Know this: you hold the power to override that feeling. Repeat the command as many times as you need.
This is where every Purple Peaches recipe begins. Once you have cleared your ingredients and claimed your space, you are ready to cook with intention. Your reality starts here.
