Texas Asparagus

The patience you need when stepping into newness.

The best in the west!

Intentionally cooking asparagus is one of the easiest ways to conquer the practice of patience while walking your new timeline into reality.

Asparagus holds the natural energetic of patience during the first steps (or stumbles) on a new journey. This naturally powerful vegetable intentionally supports you during one of life’s most vulnerable moments.

The new beginning.

When starting a family, beginning a new career, starting over after a difficult change, or learning a new skill; patience is essential to stabilize this newness.

This recipe is quick, easy, and can be made on the stove or on the grill.

Personally, I prefer the grill for my Texas tastebuds.

We want that SMOKE!

🍽 Yield: 3-4 servings ⏱ Prep: 10 minutes 🔥 Cook: 7 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Asparagus , trimmed
  • 2T Garlic , minced
  • 1T Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1T Extra Virgin Olive Oil , for the marinade
  • 1T Worcestershire Sauce

Method

  1. 1

Wash and trim your asparagus. Add asparagus to gallon size ziplock bag.

“I set my intention for patience on my new journey”

  2. 2

Drizzle in olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.

“I set my intention to support joy and faith while remaining patient.”

  3. 3

Add in minced garlic, sea salt and black pepper.

“I set my intention to protect my true nature as I move forward with authenticity.”

  4. 4

Close bag and shake to fully season asparagus. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. I wouldn't marinate for more than 30 minutes or you'll have a very salty side dish.

  5. 5

Sear asparagus on hot grill or grill pan (stove) for 5-7 minutes. Asparagus is perfectly cooked when tender yet slightly firm.

  6. 6

Enjoy your grilled Texas Asparagus while feeding your patience. Love you 💜🍑
