In the name of a “normal life” we have given our power away to a bottomless entity thats keeps us chained to the wall, all-the-while taking 100% of fucking everything, charging interest and then “letting us have some”.

You have a right to attain a peaceful resolution in your being at any time, in any situation. Without holding any fear of lack, failure, self-doubt, etc. The way we prepare and consume our meals can be a catalyst for that alignment.

The point is that corrupt intentions have already been placed on the produce you’re purchasing before you have even picked it up and bagged it.

Now, when I say consumption I am not specifically referring to the macro view of economic consumerism. This is more so regarding the relationship between our mind and what we allow ourselves to absorb, emotionally, mentally and physically.

True human beings are all angular versions of the self. Every experience has something to do with you, the reflective reality. Your internal family system has been spliced and sprinkled amongst your timeline. If you pay attention, it’s loud, powerful and oh so obvious.
